Tyco/Amp Head 22-14 AWG 626 Head for Closed End Splices.  Sold as is but the head is Brand new in the box.  The box has been opened only to oil head but head is unused.  It has been oiled to preserve head and has the instruction sheet with it in the box.  Digikey has this head for ,268 on their site.
